The petitioner is holder of Class-III post presently aged more than 57 years and due to retire on 31.03.2025. Under the impugned order dated 18.11.2024, he has been transferred from Electricity Division Chamba to Electrical Division Pangi, Killar, hard/tribal area. Feeling aggrieved, the petitioner has instituted this writ petition. Under the interim order dated 13.01.2025, operation of impugned transfer order was stayed. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 3. Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record office order dated 22.01.2025 passed by the respondent implementing the interim order. 4. Taking into consideration the impending retirement of the petitioner on 31.03.2025, this writ petition is disposed of by confirming the interim order. Respondent is directed to allow the petitioner to discharge his duties at Electrical Division, Chamba till his superannuation on 31.03.2025. 5.
