The present anticipatory bail application u/s 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.21 of 2019, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C. and Section 8 of Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station E.O.W., District Meerut, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail. 3. Considering the fact that instant anticipatory bail application is pending since the year 2023, it appears, either applicant has lost interest in the matter or by efflux of time, the same has become infructuous. 4. In view of the above, the instant anticipatory bail applications stands dismissed. 5. It is open for applicant, if cause of action still survives then he can file the recall application to recall the order passed today by this Court.
