The learned Government Advocate states that the composite value for the property has been fixed and orders have been passed to the effect that an amount of Rs.56,000/- has to be paid to the writ petitioner. He further adds that if the petitioner approaches the Sub-Registrar, the orders will be issued and once the payment is made, the document will be released. The said statement is recorded. 4.The petitioner shall approach the Sub-Registrar for release of the document. He shall pay the composite amount, which has been fixed by the Sub-registrar and take back his document. 5.The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
