This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent No. 3 considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2025 for not conducting the enquiry against the Respondent No. 4 and 5 and who declined registering crime against the Respondent No 4 to 5 herein which is illegal, arbitrary in the interest of justice and pass such other
order or orders as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances in the interest of justice. Consequently direct respondent 2 and 3 to register the complaint made by the petitioner dated 25.10.2025 against respondents 4 to 5 and take up the investigation there of pending disposal of the main writ petition in the interests of justice.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by Respondent No.4, who is the wife of the Petitioner, a case in Crime No.344 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 85, 127(4) and 79 read with 3(5) of BNS has been registered against the Petitioner and only to overcome the said case, the Petitioner gave a complaint to the Police. It is further submit that the contents of the complaint given by the Petitioner are false, as such, the Police have not registered any case based on the said complaint.
3. Sri B.Parameswara Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
