The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ghatsila P.S. Case No. 02/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 331(4), 305(a) & 317(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Ghatsila. 3. On 01.09.2024, theft was committed in the house of the informant. Unknown thieves took away the house hold article and other valuable items. During the course of investigation, the petitioner was apprehended and from his possession, stolen fan, dining table, stolen from the house of the informant, was recovered. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that stolen articles were put on T.I. Parade and have been identified by the informant. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 6.
