Prayer in the present petition has been made seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to safeguard the life and liberty of the petitioner and not to be harassed by the police officials by calling her in police stations again and again and not to involve her in false cases. 2. Perusal of the file shows that this Court had already passed order dated 10.12.2024 in CRWP-11915-2024, filed by the petitioner, for the same relief, now the petitioner has again filed the present petition, which is not maintainable. 3. This Court finds that the petitioner has the remedy to challenge the order passed by this Court and thus, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the law.
