Heard Sri Yaswanth Gade, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Sriram, learned counsel representing Sri N.Srihari, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The above contempt case was filed complaining of the violation of the interim order dated 18.12.2023, passed in W.P.No.32302 of 2023. 3. The petitioner filed the aforementioned writ petition to declare the action of respondents 2 to 5 in allowing the 6th respondent to make constructions in a vacant site situated in R.S.No.113/2 at Bridge Centre, Ramavarappadu, Vijayawada Rural Mandal, NTR District, which is classified as Canal Land, as illegal and arbitrary. 3

An interim order was granted on 18.12.2023 directing the respondents 2 to 5 to see to it that no constructions shall be made in the aforementioned land. 5. In the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case, it was pleaded that the respondents/contemnors have violated the order dated 18.12.2023. 6. Sri P.Sriram, learned counsel representing Sri N.Srihari, learned counsel for the respondents, submitted that in pursuance of the interim order dated 18.12.2023 in W.P.No.32302 of 2023, the Panchayat Secretary issued notice regarding the constructions. Thereafter, the recipients filed W.P.No.15167 of 2024, wherein an interim order was granted by the learned Coordinate Bench of this Court on 19.07.2024. Hence, he contends that the interim order dated 18.12.2023 has not been violated. 7. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri Yaswanth Gade, learned counsel for the petitioner, endorsed the filing of W.P. No.15167 of 2024 and the granting of an interim order therein on 19.07.2024. 8. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find any violation of the interim order dated 18.12.2023 in W.P.No.32302 of 2023. 9. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
