Hon’ble Shri Justice Parth Prateem Sahu Order on Board 18/11/2025 1. This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue necessary direction to the respondent authorities to consider the claim of petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/directions against respondents No.3 & 4 (Tehsildar and Patwari/Revenue Inspector) to submit the pending report in the petitioner’s correction application before the SDO(Civil), Ambikapur, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon’ble Court. 10.3 Any other relief, which the Hon’ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances fo the case may kindly be granted to the DEEPTI JHA Digitally signed by DEEPTI JHA 2 petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has filed an application under Section 115 read with Section 32 & 33 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 for correction of the revenue map of the land, including Khasra No.157/257 admeasuring 0.0970 hectare. He contended that on the said application, Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil) has directed to the concerned Revenue Inspector to submit its report, but the same has not been submitted till date. However, the instant writ petition has been filed, seeking direction be issued to respondent No.3/Sub-Divisional Officer and respondent No.3/Tehsildar to consider and take decision on the application (Annexure- P/1) submitted by the petitioner within specified time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits according to her instructions, Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil) will conclude the proceedings and pass an appropriate order on the application submitted by the petitioner within a period of two weeks. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 5. In view of the aforementioned facts of the case and submission made by the counsel for the respective parties, this petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.3/Tehsildar to submits its report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is further directed that upon submission of report by the respondent No.3/Tehsildar, respondent No.2/Sub- Divisional Officer (Civil) shall further take decision on the application filed by the petitioner under Section 115 read with Section 32 & 33 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (Annexure-P/1) expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 3 weeks. 6.
