Sri K.Ratna Sagar, learned counsel, filed Vakalath on 08.09.2025. 3. Perusal of the same would indicate that it contains signature of one Mr.G.Venkata Rao. Learned counsel states that he is one of the past directors and is no more on the Board of the petitioner. 2 CGR, J. W.P.No.8307 of 2004 4. Since the writ petition has been instituted by the company, the person who now issued Vakalath, viz., G.Venkata Rao, cannot represent it in his individual capacity, even if he were to be ex-director. 5. In view of the same, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this writ petition. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
