GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in harassing the petitioner since Dt.25-02-2022 and illegally detaining him at II Town Police station from 10 a.m. till 11 p.m. night and insisting him to pay or settle the illegal claims of the 4th respondent under guise of some complaint given by the 4th respondent in Spandana without even showing the said complaint copy and further threatening the petitioner and his other family members with dire consequences to his life and property and thereby interfering with the civil rights of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently order not to not to summon the petitioner to the police station without following the due process required to be followed under Criminal Procedure Code grant such other just relief or reliefs.” 2. Sri Pappu Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Police are calling the Petitioner to the Police Station and insisting him to settle the illegal claims of Respondent No.4. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Police never summoned the Petitioner to the Police Station, no crime has been registered against the Petitioner and they never interfered in the disputes between the parties. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to summon the Petitioner to the Police Station without there being any crime registered against him and not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
