ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in registering the FIR/Crime in pursuance to the complaint made to the 2nd respondent on 23.06.2021 (Since the 3rd respondent declined to receive the complaint) by the petitioner detailing that the 7th respondent trespassed into the petitioner's private lands without consent as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, contrary to the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code, and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of the India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to forthwith register the Crime against the 7th respondent in pursuance to the complaint dated 23.06.2021 made to the 2nd respondent as per law.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Police have not received any complaint or representation from the Petitioner. 3. None represented for the Petitioner. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
