It is submitted that this court passed an interim order on 13.11.2019 directing the respondent No.2 to pass a reasonable order and communicate the same to the petitioner, if any reason he is not entitled to the salary in pursuance of the said order. Respondent No.2 passed order on 21.02.2019 and communicated to the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that in the light of the said order, writ petition may be closed, giving liberty to the writ petitioner to file fresh writ petition challenging impugned order passed by the respondent No.2. 4. Upon considering the above submissions, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the writ petitioner to file fresh writ petition challenging the above orders of the respondent No.2 in accordance with law. 4 5.
