JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 2 25-07-2025 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72165 of 2024, whereby the present petitioners have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before a learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50133 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 pairvikar of the case could not inform the petitioners with regard to petitioners having been granted anticipatory bail by the Court, as such, they could not surrender before the concerned Court within the time granted by this Court. He, accordingly, prays for further two weeks’ time to surrender before the concerned Court. 4. From perusal of the records and submission made by the parties and the fact that the petitioner is not willing to deposit the cost of sand and compounding fee as quantified by Court, I find no merit in the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, accordingly, this application, for modification of the order dated 04.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72165 of 2024, is dismissed. HarshPandey/- (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) U T
