GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 4 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.32349 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct Respondent Nos.4 and 5 to conduct survey in pursuance of the PGRS application No. No.TPT202509295155, dated 29.9.2025 filed by the petitioners. 2. During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has made an application, dated 29.09.2025 seeking to conduct survey and requested the respondent authorities several times for conduct survey. But, the respondents are not conducting survey at the behest of the 6th respondent, which is illegal and arbitrary. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner requests to pass appropriate orders. 3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case and deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition at the stage of admission. 4. Accordingly, notice to the 6th respondent is dispensed with and Writ Petition is disposed of directing Respondent Nos.4 and 5 to consider the application made by the petitioners, dated 29.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5 There shall be no order as to costs.
