Learned Single Judge has noticed that suspension orders passed on serious charges are being withdrawn by the concerned authority only because sufficient number of employees are not available. In such circumstances, learned Single Judge has taken cognizance in the matter and directed the higher authorities to explain the circumstances. 2. At this stage of the proceedings we are not persuaded to interfere in the matter when a larger cause is being examined. 3. Special appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
