ORDER:
Heard Sri Srinivas Basava, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri D.V.Sasidhar, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent/Society.

Learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner was obstructed from attending duties in the respondent No.3/society. An interim order was passed by this Court earlier on 25.09.2019 directing the respondents No.3 and 4 not to remove the writ petitioner from the service until further orders.

Learned counsel for the writ petitioner would further submit that the respondent No.2 in the counter affidavit at para No.4 mentioned that the committee has not issued any instructions to the writ petitioner or obstructed the petitioner from attending the duties in the exercise is not correct.

In the light of said statement made by the respondent No.2, no further orders are required in the writ petition, and it may be closed without going into the merits of the case, giving liberty to the writ petitioner, in future, if he is obstructed by any of the respondents, he be at liberty to file fresh writ petition in accordance with law.

Learned counsel representing respondents No.3 and 4 would submit that he has no objection to close the writ petition, and they will follow due process of law, if they intend to remove the petitioner from respondent No.3.

6. Considering the above circumstances, this court is of the considered opinion that the writ petition be closed without going into the merits of the case, with a direction to the respondents No.3 and 4 to follow due process of law, if they intend to remove the writ petitioner from the service.
7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
