The above contempt case was filed complaining about the violation of the order dated 25.09.2025 in W.P.No.21362 of 2024. 3. The petitioner filed the aforementioned writ petition to declare the action of respondents 4 to 7 in the writ petition, in not allowing the petitioner to discharge her duties as Village Organisation Assistant (VOA) in Ambedkar Grama Samaikya of Utukuru Village, Krosuru Mandal, Palnadu District. 4. The writ petition was disposed of, directing the respondents 4 to 7 not to interfere with the petitioner’s discharge duties as Village Organisation Assistant (VOA) in Utukuru Village, Krosuru Mandal, Palnadu District. 5. In the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case, it was specifically pleaded that the respondents have violated the order dated 25.09.2024. 6. Respondents 1 to 3 filed their respective counter-affidavits. Along with the counter-affidavits, a resolution dated 02.08.2024 of Ambedkar Grama Samaikya was annexed. A perusal of the resolution discloses that the petitioner was removed as Village Organisation Assistant of the Samaikya and that the members of the Samaikya elected Smt. Bollipalli Vijayalakshmi w/o Sri Koteswara Rao as Village Organisation Assistant. 3 7. No rejoinder was filed by the petitioner disputing the same. 8. Thus, as seen from the resolution dated 02.08.2024, the petitioner was removed as Village Organisation Assistant (VOA) of the Samaikya, and hence the contention of the petitioner that the order dated 25.09.2024 has been violated had no merit. [ 9. Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed. No costs.
