The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gawan P.S. Case No. 57 of 2024 and Cyber P.S. Case No. 82 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 120(B), 506/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 66 (E), 67, 67(B) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Cyber Crime, Giridih. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 9776 of 2024. 4. The petitioner is alleged to have made nude photograph of victim viral on the social media. He also created a fake account in the name of the victim and posted her obscene photographs. 5. It was submitted that the charge has been framed in this case and the petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2024. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 7. Learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
