Order:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayer;
“….to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents more particularly the respondent Nos.1 and 2 for receiving and processing the application of the unofficial respondent No.3 for the post of Additional Government Kazi for Rayadurgam Constituency, Kanekal Mandal, Anantapur District wherein the petitioner discharging his legitimate duties as Government Kazi by virtue of G.O.Ms.No.61 dated 15.07.2025 in spite of the objection filed by the prominent mohammadens of Kanekal Mandal dated 21.07.2025 is being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, capricious, unwarranted, in violation of provisions of Kazis Act, 1880 and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequentially, direct the respondents more particularly the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the objection filed by the prominent mohammadens of Kanekal Mandal dated 21.07.2025 while processing the application of the unofficial respondent No.3 in accordance with law and pass such other order or orders as this court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents issued G.O.Ms.No.84, Minorities Welfare (IDM-I) Department, dated 17.10.2025, appointing 3rd respondent as Kazi. He further submits that the petitioner intends to challenge the said Government Order and therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition.

3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
