Sri Pangi Raju Babu, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, after conducting investigation in Crime No.338 of 2022, the Police filed a report before the concerned Court for closure of the proceedings due to lack of evidence and the same was not accepted by the Court concerned. Learned counsel would further submit that, still the matter is at the crime stage. Let there be a direction to the Police to take further course of action to see that the case can be disposed of, since the crime is of the year 2022. 3.
