Prayer in the present petition has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.72 dated 14.03.2025 under Sections 194, 111 of BNS, 2023, registered at Division No.5, Ludhiana, Punjab. 2. Vide order dated 15.05.2025, while granting interim protection, petitioners were directed to join investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that pursuant to order dated 15.05.2025, petitioners have joined the investigation and as such their interim bail may be made absolute. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has affirmed the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are no more required for further investigation. 5. In view of the above, interim order dated 15.05.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482 (2) B.N.S.S. 6. Petition stands allowed.
