Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are not registering the crime basing on the complaint of the petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that Police have not registered the crime basing on the complaint of the petitioner since the subject matter is purely civil in nature. 5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of.
