The applicant has preferred this First Bail Application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail, as she has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 492/2023, registered 2 at Police Station Mungeli, District- Mungeli (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 294, 302/24 of IPC and it has been brought to the notice that the applicant has already filed a bail application bearing MCRC No. 8989 of 2025 which has been allowed by this Court on 11.11.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since earlier bail application bearing MCRC No. 8989 of 2025 has already been allowed by this Court, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the present case. 3. In view of the above submission, the present bail application, which is second in nature, is not maintainable. 4. Hence, the present bail application being redundant is dismissed as withdrawn.
