1. Heard Shri Ankit Singh, Petitioner in Person. Also heard Shri Sangharsh Pandey, Govt. Advocate. For theState/Respondents.

The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- (I) That, respondent authorities be kindly directed to give the protection to the present petitioner, moreover directed to take appropriate action against the concerning person. (II) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the
facts and circumstances of the case same may kindly be granted to the petitioner.
3. It transpires from the record, that the petitioner has already lodged an FIR against unknown persons for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 296, 3(5), and 351(2) of the B.N.S. The petitioner alleges that the true version of the incident, as narrated by him, has not been correctly incorporated in the FIR and that he is facing threats to his life. He has approached this Court seeking appropriate action
3 against the concerned persons. However, since the FIR in question has already been registered and the investigation is presently underway, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition at this stage. The petitioner shall be at liberty to take recourse to law, if occasion so arises, after the final outcome of the result of the investigation.
