Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that they have received the complaint from the mother of the Petitioner on 03.11.2025. He would further submit that the Respondent-Police have conducted preliminary enquiry and found that there are civil disputes between the parties. Hence, they have not registered any crime on the complaint of the mother of the Petitioner. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum according to law.
