In the instant contempt petition, the petitioners have alleged non- compliance of order dated 26.04.2012 as also the order dated 27.12.2012 passed in SWP No. 976/2012 and COA(SW) No. 392/2012, respectively. 2. Perusal of the record would reveal that none has appeared for the petitioners on the two previous consecutive dates and none appears today as well. 3. Under these circumstances, contempt proceedings are closed after recalling the contempt notice. The petitioners, however, shall be at liberty to seek revival of the contempt petition within four weeks from today in case cause survives.
