By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the order dated 17/01/2025 passed by the respondent No.1 contending that the respondent No.1 has transferred the petitioner from the post of Agriculture Extension OfÏcer(on deputation) to the OfÏce of respondent No.2. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the the main ground to challenge the order of transfer is that the person junior to the petitioner, has been accommodated in the present place of posting of the petitioner and one of the ground also raised by the petitioner is that the order of transfer is suffers from illegality of frequent transfer. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondents submits that to redress the grievance of the employees who have been transferred by the State, a committee has been constituted on 03.03.2025 and if the petitioner will approach the committee, said committee shall consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with the policy of the State Government and grievance if any raised by the petitioner, the same shall be redressed within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the pleadings and documents. 5. Looking to the submission & grievance raised by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to approach the 3 Committee constituted by the State Government by raising all the grievance and ground taken in the present writ petition, within a period of 15 days. If the petitioner will approach the committee, the committee is directed to consider the same and pass necessary order in accordance with the policy of the State Government by considering the grievance of the petitioner within a further period of 20 days. Till then, for the period of 30 days, the interim order dated 29/01/2025 of this Court shall remain operative. 6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
