The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the order dated 24.04.2025 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shamli in Criminal Case No.8000/9/2023 (State vs. Waseem Ahmad and others) arising out of Case Crime No.597 of 2022, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 352, 452, 504, 506, 307 I.P.C, Police Station Kotwali Shamli, District Shamli, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shamli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits the applicants have been granted bail under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 352, 504, 506 & 452 I.P.C. Investigating Officer has submitted charge-sheet under section 307 I.P.C. in which the applicants have not granted bail and moved application that applicants may be granted bail in added section under section 307 I.P.C. 4. Learned A.G.A. has vehemently opposed the contention raised by learned counsel for the applicants. 5. Considered the arguments raised by learned counsel for the applicants and perused the entire records. Since charge-sheet has been submitted under section 307 I.P.C., addition of sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 352, 504, 506 & 452 I.P.C. in which applicants have not been granted bail. Charge-sheet submitted in adding section in which FIR is not registered, then applicants will have to move another bail in those sections in which he is not released on bail, the applicants have to move a fresh bail application under section 307 I.P.C. If applicants appear and move bail application under section 307 I.P.C. before court below within three weeks, his application shall be decided in accordance with law. 6. Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in the aforesaid case. 7. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. stands disposed of.
