To be noted, said order is dated 20.02.2024 in W.P No.2545 of 2024 and WMP No.2788 of 2024 and therefore, Registry ought not to have either insisted upon or entertained dispense with petition. The reason is, this Court vide a judicial order dated 18.02.2025 in Sub Application (OS) Nos.1253 & 1254 of 2024 in Cont. P. DR Nos.157645 & 157646 of 2024, has made it clear that hard copy downloaded from the official website of the High Court which shall be referred to as 'Web copy' for convenience is good enough as the same is both QR coded and water marked.
