The petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding respondent no. 3 to include the name of the petitioner in the list of eligible farmers for allotment of 6% developed land in lieu of his acquired land comprising of Gata No. 173 by the respondents. The petitioner has also prayed for a direction to the respondents to decide the representations dated 07.08.2024 and 17.03.2025 made in this regard. 2. Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for the respondent - Development Authority very fairly states that the representations filed by the petitioner would be decided. 3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to decide the representations dated 07.08.2024 and 17.03.2025 in respect of allotment of 6% developed abadi land to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photocopy of the representations.
