Perused the order dated 17.4.2018, the relevant portion of which reads as follows: In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for issuance of death certificate of petitioner's husband's father, ie., Kesappa, which was alleged to have been cancelled at the instance of the fourth respondent. by hearing the petitioner and the fourth respondent afresh and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2. As seen from the cause title in the writ petition, the respondent No.3 to whom the direction was issued is the Registrar of Births & Deaths, Pamidi Municipality, Anantapuramu District. The Commissioner of the said 2 cc_2500_2018 Municipality was arrayed as respondent No.2 in the writ petition. The present Contempt Case is filed against the Commissioner, Pamidi Municipality and no direction was issued to the said respondent while disposing of the above said writ petition. Therefore, the Contempt Case is misconceived and not maintainable against the respondent. 3. In the afore-said view of the matter, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.
