DODDALA YATHINDRA DEV The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent no 3 and 4 in not conducting investigation in free and fair manner in respect of Crime No. 2 297/2021 registered for the offences under section 447, 427, 406, 468, 120b r/w 34 IPC, Sec.3 (1) (f), 3 (1) (g), 3 (1) (r) of SC ST (POA) Act without adding proper section 3 (1) (g) (d) of SC ST (POA) Act, 1989, regarding fabrication of false document by changing the boundaries of the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and also Article 14,15,16,19 and 21 of the Constitution of India.” 2. Sri M.Venu Gopal, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, let there be a direction to the Police to conclude the investigation and file a report. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed to conclude the investigation in Crime No.297 of 2021 on the file of Amaravathi Police Station, Guntur District, if not concluded, and file a report in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
