The applications for ordinary leave for the convict were rejected twice by the Jail Advisory Committee. The petitioner preferred Ext.P3 representation before the 2nd respondent and Ext.P4 representation before the 3rd respondent seeking grant of ordinary leave for her husband. The prayer in this Writ Petition is to give a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to take a decision on Exts.P3 and P4. 3. I have heard both sides. 4. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that there can be a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose of Ext.P4, if it has not already been disposed of. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose of Ext.P4 representation, in accordance with law, if it has not already been disposed of, 2025:KER:30411 W.P.(CRL) NO.387 OF 2025 3 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
