Mr. Karmakar, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that although the meeting that was scheduled on the child’s birthday by this court was held, but the child was not very receptive to the father and was slightly uncomfortable. Mr. Karmakar submits that the father should be given exclusive time with the child. 2. The child is six years old. The court has interacted with the child. Otherwise, he seems to be happy and lively. It is understandable that he may not be friendly with the father in the initial stages of the meeting because the child has been away from the father for a period of one year. 3. Under such circumstances, an exclusive meeting between the father and the child, in the absence of the mother may not be appropriate at this stage. However, 2 meetings will continue twice a month, on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month, at the City Centre, Burdwan Town, in the play zone, for two hours, between 4 p.m to 6 p.m., till further orders of the learned Trial Judge. The learned advocates on record of the parties are appointed as special officers who will render their service pro bono to be present at the meetings. It is made clear that the mother will accompany the child, and will allow the father complete access. The parties shall not be accompanied by anybody else apart from the learned advocates. 4. The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. 5. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. Parties are to act on the server copy of this order. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
