Civil Application No.25809 of 2025. This Court by an order dated 19.06.2025 granted two weeks time to remove the office objections, failing which, the matter shall be dismissed for default. Learned advocate for the applicants submits that in view of the fact that certified copy of the plaint could not be obtained in time, and therefore, the office objections could not be removed. Having heard learned advocate for the applicants and having considered the averments made in the application. Sufficient reasons have been given to condone the delay. In view of the same, the present application is allowed. The delay of 11 daus is hereby condoned. Office objections to be removed within one week.
