None appeared for the writ petitioner. Notice taken to the writ petitioner was unserved as “addressee left without instructions, though intimated about the registered post”. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that police registered a case in Crime No.49 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 420 and 506 r/w 34 IPC of Hindupur I Town Police Station, basing on the report received from the petitioner on 04.03.2019, and investigated the case, and later filed charge sheet before the Jurisdictional Magistrate on 30.12.2020. 4. The writ petition is filed alleging that police did not register F.I.R., though he presented a report dated 13.02.2019. 5. In the light of submissions made by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 4 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
