Since these two bail applications arise out of one and same case record, the same are heard together and disposed of by this common order with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 2. These are the bail applications U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Lingaraj PS Case No.25 of 2025 corresponding to CT Case No.186 of 2025 pending in the file of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.303(2)/61(2)/111(3)/313/317(4)/3(5) of BNS, on the main allegation of committing theft of one Auto Rickshaw. 3. Heard, Mr. Rohit Ranjan Ray, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No.12301 of 2025; Mr. Ramdas Achary, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No.185 of 2026 and Mr. T.K. Acharya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the p. 2 offences as alleged against the petitioners vis-à-vis the accusations sought to be brought against them and regard being had to the pre-trial detention of the petitioners in custody since 01.05.2025/02.03.2025 with submission of charge-sheet in the meantime and taking into account the other circumstances on record in entirety including the inherent right of the accused to be presumed innocent until proven guilty at the trial and keeping in view grant of bail to co-accused Rustam Khan, Akash Mohapatra, Akash Mukherjee, Ramakanta Sahoo @ Kanha and Biren Rout in BLAPL Nos.8174, 9713, 9816, 9918 and 10601 of 2025, this Court without expressing any view on merits admits each of the petitioners to bail. 5. Hence, these two bail applications of the petitioners namely Sk. Mijanur Rehman Molla (In BLAPL No.12301 of 2025) and Debi Prasad Mallia @ Vicky (In BLAPL No.185 of 2026) are allowed and each of the petitioners is allowed to go on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one solvent surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin of the case on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper by it. 6. Accordingly, these BLAPLs stand disposed of. A soft copy of this order be immediately communicated to the concerned Court, who shall afterwards communicate the same to the concerned Jail through e-mail for reference. (G.
