The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing impleadment of Shri Mayanglambam Rajkumar, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Imphal West, as respondent No. 3 in the connected contempt case No. 139 of 2024. Mr. P. Tamphamani, learned counsel entered appearance and accepts notice on behalf of the newly impleaded respondent and submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present impleadment application. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the record, this court find sufficient ground for impleading Shri Mayanglambam, Rajkumar, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Imphal West, as respondent No. 3 in the connected contempt case. Accordingly, the present application is allowed and registry is directed to incorporate the above named respondent as respondent No. 3 in the cause title of the connected contempt case.
