Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. Learned counsel or the petitioner submits that pending the contempt case, the unofficial respondents assailed the order of this Court dated 25.06.2025 by way of Writ Appeal No.1073 of 2025 on the ground that no notice was served to them, even though they were impleaded as party respondents in the writ proceedings. It is further stated that after considering the submissions of the unofficial respondents/appellants, the Division Bench of this Hon’ble Court was pleased to set aside the order impugned in this contempt case dated 25.06.2025 and remanded the matter for fresh consideration by providing opportunity of hearing to the unofficial respondents/appellants. Since, the Writ Appeal is allowed, the order impugned in the present contempt case cannot be enforced. Hence, the contempt case is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
