This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a Writ, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No. 3 and 4 in calling/harassing the petitioners to present in their police station without there being any crime registered against the petitioners is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, violative of Article 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and contrary to the guidelines passed by this Hon'ble High Court in WP No. 21247 of 2020 and Batch, dated 15.07.2022 and consequently direct the respondents No. 3 and 4 not to call the petitioners to their police station at Tadipatri of Ananthapuram District without there being any crime registered against the petitioners and pass.”

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
