The petitioner filed W.P.No.20178 of 2024, complaining of the interference of respondents 3 to 6 and not allowing the petitioner to discharge duties as Village Organization Assistant (VOA) in Arunodaya Grama Samaikya of Mussapuram Village, Peddakurpadu Mandal, Palnadu District. 3. The said writ petition was disposed of 18.09.2024, directing the respondents 3 to 6 not to interfere with the petitioner’s discharge of duties as Village Organization Assistant (VOA). 4. The contempt case was filed on 10.01.2025. 5. A counter-affidavit has been filed by respondent No.3. Along with the counter-affidavit, a resolution dated 25.12.2024, passed by the Society, was annexed. A perusal of the resolution would indicate that the Members of the Society elected one Smt. Dasari Ramadevi as VOA in the place of the petitioner. Thus, the petitioner has not been discharging duties as VOA in Arunodaya Grama Samaikya of Mussapuram Village, as of the date of filing of the contempt case. Page 3 of 4 6.
