This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“....Pleased to issue an appropriate Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of Respondent Nos.3 not taking action against the representation dated 08 05 2025 as illegal arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and Consequently direct the Respondent No 2 Superintendent of Police YSR Kadapa to conduct a detailed enquiry and take necessary legal action against the 5th respondent Pothuganti Mohammad Rafi and ensure recovery of the balance amount of Rs 95,000/- or seizure of the vehicle bearing No AP 26 AN 5914 and pass”
2. Heard Sri K.Ravi Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the representation of the petitioner would disclose the recovery of amount from respondent No.5 is civil in nature. The issue regarding the proceeding the purchase of car from the respondent No.5 from the petitioner and not paying the sale consideration is purely civil matter. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
