...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3th and the 4th respondents herein in confining the petitioner in the police station on 28.10.2025 from 07-30 am to 10-30 am as well as in interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner under due influence of the 5th respondent herein with respect to matrimonial issue as well as without there being any cause or case as illegal, arbitrary and also oppose to all

cannons of justice as well as abuse of power of police consequentially direct the 3rd and the 4th respondents not to interfere with personal life and liberty of the petitioner under due influence of the 5th respondent by directing the 2nd respondent to take stringent action against the 4th respondent in accordance with law for his illegal act of detention of the petitioner forthwith and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 3rd and the 4th respondents not to interfere with personal life and liberty of the petitioner under due influence of the 5th respondent by directing the 2nd respondent to take stringent action against the 4th respondent in accordance with law for his illegal act of detention of the petitioner forthwith pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ .... to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3th and the 4th respondents herein in confining the petitioner in the police station on 28.10.2025 from 07-30 am to 10-30 am as well as in interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner under due influence of the 5th respondent herein with respect to matrimonial issue as well as without there being any cause or case as illegal, arbitrary and also oppose to all cannons of justice as well as abuse of power of police consequentially direct the 3rd and the 4th respondents not to interfere with personal life and liberty of the petitioner under due influence of the 5th respondent by directing the 2nd respondent to take stringent action against the 4th respondent in accordance with law for his illegal act of detention of the petitioner forthwith and pass ....”
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission to withdraw the Writ Petition and endorsed on the record to that effect. Permission is accorded. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home is in attendance. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
