The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to exercise its inherent jurisdiction under Section 528 of B.N.S.S., 2023 and in exercise thereof call for the records, if necessary, admit the petition and may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and to quashing of the F.I.R. no. 423/2025 for offence punishable under Section 115(2), 296, 3(5), 351(2) of the B.N.S by the Police Station Sirgitti, District Bilaspur (C.G.), and (if any), all consequent proceedings incidental & accidental thereto and orders prejudicial to the petitioner herein and/or pass such other orders in favour of the petitioner as this Hon'ble Court may deem it fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition to file afresh as the charge-sheet has been filed in this case. 4. Learned State counsel endorses the said submission of learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law, if aggrieved by the charge-sheet, if the matter survives.
