For the reasons mentioned in the applications, the same are allowed and the main cases are taken up on Board today itself. MAIN CASES Since similar issues are involved in the present cases, hence, they are being decided by a common order with the consent of Counsel for the parties. For the facility of reference, the prayer clause is being referred to from CWP-14880 of 2024 titled as ‘Mahabir Singh Vs. State of Haryana and others’.
