This petition has been filed to expedite the Execution Case No. 07 of 2023 for executing the decree dated 02.03.2022 passed in Original Suit No. 607 of 1998 for permanent injunction. 3. It is admitted position that the defendant has filed an appeal against the decree dated 02.03.2022. 4. Since regular appeal against the decree dated 02.03.2022, is pending, no direction for expediting the execution case can be issued in this petition. 5.
