This is an application under Section 438/442 of the BNSS, 2023, challenging the impugned order dated 27.12.2024 passed by the learned CJM, Page No.# 2/2 Cachar, Silchar in respect of Silchar P.S. Case No. 689/2024. CD reveals that the petitioner has not yet visited the police station and submitted his documents before the police for seeking custody of the seized vehicle. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to go to the Silchar Police Station to produce all his related documents relating to the seized vehicle, bearing registration No. AS-11-EC5186. Thereafter, the Investigating Officer will do the needful. With the aforesaid observation, this petition stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
