Hon’ble Mr. Justice Amitendra Kishore Prasad Order on Board 17/11/2025
1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records of the case, from the authorities. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order of suspension in the interest of justice. RAGHVENDRA JAT Digitally signed by RAGHVENDRA JAT
2 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the reinstatement of the petitioner to his duties in the interest of justice. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to award him compensation for the loss and damage suffered by petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.5 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although an order of suspension was initially passed upon the institution of the criminal case against the petitioner, subsequent developments have rendered the present petition infructuous, as the petitioner has since been convicted in the said criminal proceedings and, in consequence thereof, an order of removal from service has been duly issued; therefore, no effective relief can now be granted in this petition.
3. No objection has been raised from other side.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Sd/-
