ORDER:
None appeared for the petitioner either physically or through video conference, though the matter is posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Earlier also, there was no representation for the petitioner. 2. Sri R.Mallikarjuna Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home already submitted that the allegations in the affidavit are not true and correct. Criminal cases were pending against the petitioner and he was asked to attend the police station in connection with the investigation of the cases, and then he filed the writ petition to interrupt the investigation. 3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
