The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dumka(T) P.S. Case No. 181 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.309 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dumka. During the intervening period of 05/06.08.2023, Scorpio of the informant parked outside his house was stolen by unknown persons. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Dumka, in connection with Dumka(T) P.S. Case No. 181 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.309 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
